Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If you have consent of the mother (I assume she has custody) then it can be relatively fast and easy. A motion or paternity suit (depending on your legal status with the mother) needs to be filed and probably at least one hearing held. The Judge will probably then sign a consent agreement.
