I filed a motion for a intent to relocate outside of my state with my child in a divorce case I am the residential parent I found out today that No timely objections were filed this was mailed to us does that mean that my Xhus did not file a motion to fight me with this or that he did Thanks

From what you write, this means that there are no objections from your ex-spouse filed. The court will either issue an order approving the request or set a date for hearing the request. If there is a hearing, your ex might object or have more detailed questions at that time. Either way, you should wait for an order from the court.
