Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

divorce

I have been married to my husband for the past sixteen years. We have been living apart with no contact for 15 years and we have two minor children. There is a child support order but he does not pay any child support. Can I get a divorce from him whitout involving the children ?

Re: divorce

The children would have to at least be addressed during the divorce.

Re: divorce

I am not sure what you mean when you say "involving" the children. You will want to have the court grant you custody of the children and will at least have to address the issue of child support.

What County do you live in? I will be happy to disuss this with you in more detail if you call. No charge or obligation for a confidential tel. conference.

Good Luck
