Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
my ex-wife wants to send my 11 year old daughter to live with her mother because daughter does not get along with present husband. ex lives in clevelland, ohio and mother lives in toledo, ohio. i live in oregon. can she legally do this without my consent or giving me a chance at raising my daughter

In Ohio, it depends upon what your divorce decree says. If she does what you say she is planning to do Then that maybe a basis for you to argue that the decree is no longer in the best interest of the child and that it should be altered To include language that is more favorable to you.
But the key to everything is the wording of the divorce decree As it stands right now and what it may change to if you file a motion to change it.
