Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Grandparents rights

My Daughter died, her husband has remarried, now we never get to see our grandchild age 3. They are moving out of statye and we fear we may never get to see her again, she is the daughter of our daughter whom now is dead. Do not we have some legal rights for visitation?

Re: Grandparents rights
