Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my husband and i are not divorced, there is no official custody agreements through court....is it illegal for me to move my kids to another state?

It's not illegal but his reaction may be to file immediately in this state and try to make you bring the kids back. There would then be a hearing and the court would try to determine whether the move was in their best interests.
