Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband wants me to sign a postnup indicating that if we were to divorce, I can not take half of his business. So this means I still have rights to half of everything else right..like houses rental property and cars.

I understand your husband's concern about not wanting to lose any of his livelihood. However, prenuptual and postnuptual agreements are contracts. All the clauses in a contract need to be taken into consideration. I strongly recommend that you have a draft of the contract your husband is asking you to sign reviewed by another attorney.
