Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my husband and i have been apart for over a year. we have 3 kids tohether and i am wanting to move out of state. there has been no divorced filed or custody established. am i able to move?

If you are asking if you can move by yourself out of state, I'd say yes. But if you are implying that your 3 kids would be going with you, then you could have issues. I need more info to provide a better answer. How old are you children? Are any dependent on you and/or your husband? Is your husband involved in your children's lives?
