Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

joint cutody

I have visitation once a week and every other weekend, but in the past 2 yrs have had my 4 yr old daughter every weekend and sometimes weeks at a time. My ex-wife was living with an alcoholic for 3 yrs we just found this out when I had to come pick up my daughter due to fighting and her moving out. Also she uses my daughter as an object if she gets mad we don't see her untill visitation days. She is providing a horribly unstable life for her. How hard would it be for me to get shared parenting of my 4 yr girl to make her life more stable so she knows when she's going to be with me and her sister and stepmother.

Re: joint custody

Why stop at shared parenting? You should go for full custody, and tr to limit your daughter's exposure to your ex's unsafe environment.
