Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I went to juvenile court today with an ex to establish visitations for my son. We agreed on a set schedule and the magistrate made us sign a document saying that we both cannot appeal the decision. However we had a continuance issued because we couldnt agree on the tax emxemption. When we go back to court am I allowed to change my mind and readdress the visitation schedule?

depends on the magistrate and if you already signed off on the visitation schedule. Can't hurt to ask. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questions. Edward DiCato
