Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My daughter has shared parenting, each parent works different shifts. Mom leaves at 6 am and returns at 6 pm & Dad does 7 to 7 3 months & shifts to 7pm to 7am next 3 months. Dad has decides he can pick up his son everyday from school because isn't available till 6 & sometimes 4pm. Dad's visitation schedule is every other weekend & alternating 2 days a week for after school times. Ex: Monday and Tuesday of the past week and this week Wed & Thurs . He refuses to allow his son to go with his grandmother on the days he is not court ordered for visitation. The Mom must show up to get her son or no one gets him. Unfortunately the little one gets to spend no time with his brothers and any after school activity. There must be a way to enforce the court rulings are we missing some sort of action that MOM can do or in-force to get Dad to stop removing his son on his noncustodial days ?

enforcing visitation can be accomplished by the filing of a motion for contempt. The court can then use jail time as a tool of enforcement. Please feel free to contact me if you have further questiions. Edward DiCato
