Re: long delayed divorce

If you have been a resident of Ohio for six months and resident of your particular county for three, you can file in your county. If your divorce will be more or less amicable, you can file for dissolution, where both of your agree to the terms of the divorce, more easily. I'd be happy to assist.

Re: long delayed divorce

You can file for divorce in Ohio if you have lived in Ohio for 6 months. If you are on speakng terms with your husband, you could file for a dissolution. A dissolution would be the quickest and the least expensive but you can only take that route if you are able to get him to sign and agree to the terms.

I highly recommend that you get an attorney to handle this for you. There could be "service" and other issues that could come back to haunt you even after you think the marriage is legally over!

I can provide you with additional information if you want to call. No Charge or obligation for the confidential call.

Good Luck!
