Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

How long do i have to wait til my ex husband no longer has parental rights to my 7yr old daughter? He hasn't seen her or spoke to her in over a year since she was molested at his house by his girlfriends 11yr old son whom now lives in his house. I have all the documentation from childrens services and police report and hospital report.
