Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If someone puts a man's name on the birth certificate of their children knowing that he is not really the father, but because they are married lists him as so anyway. what can be done about this? my daughter is involved with a guy he and his wife have been separated for a very long time. she is living with someone else and has been for over a year. the guy she is living with and she had twins, the guy is not denying, but she listed her husbands name on the birth certificate knowing that he is not the biological father of these children. now child support is coming after him. what can we do?

He would need to contact an attorney to get a paternity action started. A DNA test would be ordered to determine who the father actually is. I am happy to assist you in this process.
