Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

I am a single mother of two. My husband isn't the childrens biological father. He is a mentally abusive alcoholic. I want to file for a legal seperation. This gives him the chance to get his life straight without dragging us down. However my income is limited. I recieve ssi and money is extremely tight. How do I go about a legal seperation?

You would need to file the documents with the court in order to get the process started. That way the court can establish custody and visitation. I would be able to help you and my rates are extremely reasonable. I do payment plans with many of my clients.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or at 330-447-7634. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
