mother or father to pay child support
In shared parenting, when a mother makes more than a father, does she pay him child support, even though she has the child 5 days per week out of 7?

It really depends on the specfic shared parenting agreement. There is also a worksheet for shared parenting child support that should be consulted.

The shild support calculation factors in the amount of income of each parent the the amount of time the each parent spends with the child. This is a proportional figure that is arrived at.
