Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Non-Custodial Visitation Rights

My son had a baby almost 2 years ago with a woman in Dayton Ohio. She has refused to let my son visit with his daughter for over a year. He pays his child support although the amount he was behind was taken from his tax return which brings him to date. No visitation has been ordered for him. What and how does he do to recieve his visitation rights. He talked to his daughter one time a few months ago and her mother instructed her to tell her father he was a ''loser'' and hung up the phone. Can you help us in instructing us of who we should contact. My son doesn't have alot of money after he pays her.

Re: Non-Custodial Visitation Rights

He should either hire an attorney to file a motion in Montgomery County Juvenile Court for Specific Visitation or contact the Court and see if they can appoint one for him at no cost. The Court's Phone # is 225-3157.
