The Rights of a single mother

Is there any way legally that i can prevent my three year old daughters father from just appearing at the age of two and a half and being able to get vivtation with her.we have already went to court in June and the court granted visitation but it had to be supervised but now we go back to court in January and we wants unsupervised and my daughter in my eyes willnot be safe and I would like the visitation all together stopped.Please tell me that there is a solution to all of thisFrom a concerned mother taht cares about nothing other than my daughters safety please tell me taht there is something that i can do

To modify or discontinue visitation, you must be prepared to produce specific and credible evidence as to precisely why that you feel your daughter would be unsafe with him. Vague and general feelings or impressions are meaningless.
