Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Seperation Agreement

What is the literal definition of ''we are now living seperate and apart from each other''. We would like to be able to share the residance we occupy - living in seperate areas of the house while the paperwork is finalized and while we have the house on the market.

Re: Seperation Agreement

Generally, it means that you live separate and apart in another house. However, if the two of you can be civil to each other there should be no problem doing what you suggest.

Good luck!!!
