Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My wife and I got married before I was imprisoned. Two years later she left and I haven't heard from her or my son since. It been four years since I have talked to her. I want a divorce. How can I get a divorce? Can I get a divorce? HELP!

Are you currently in prison seeking a divorce? You should be able to file even though your spouse's whereabouts are unknown. Just because you don't know where they are probably won't release you from child support obligations.
