Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My wife has a mood disorder, possibly bi polar. She is meeting a psychiatrist to go over possible medications. I want a divorce and custody of our 1 month old son. I also need to move from Ohio to Pennsylvania for work. Can I get custody?

Not possible to give you an educated answer from what little you state. If you know you want a divorce, then you should go forward with the intention of obtaining custody during the divorce proceeding. Once custody is determined, it is hard to change later.
