Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My ex wife and I have a shared parenting agreement. In our divorce decree it state that neither parent shall pay child support at this time as it is not in the best interest of the children and both parties are able to provide financially. Three years have past since then and she has filed for a review. The new child support order is that I (father) am to pay $768 a month. I have appealed this but I am wondering if she will be awarded the new child support order? Please keep in mind the deviation and the fact we have the kids the same amount of time and her income has increased significantly.
