Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Ohio

My sister lived in Jacksonville Fla. She died unexpectedly while visiting Cincinnati Oh with her husband. Her husband was the last person to see her alive and he found her body. Her husband opted not to have an autopsy performed. Less than a month after my sister's death; her husband moved his girlfriend in to live with him. He has admitted to knowing her 18 years which indicates he was having an affair prior to my sister's death. Nothing about my sister's death adds up including the documents relating to her death. I have submitted evidence to the authorities that brought suspicion on her husband in her death but they have only made excuses for him and will not conduct any investigation. In a letter I received from the authorities they revealed my sister date of death to be different from the date of death on her Death Certificate and the time her body was discovered is different from the time in the Deceased Person Report. This indicates my sister's Death Certificate and Deceased Person Report are fraudulent; yet, the authorities still will not conduct any investigation into the fraudulent documents. Who can I inform of the fraudulent documents; how do I get someone investigate the evidence against my sister's death in her sudden death. Please Advise.

Sounds like you need to hire a private investigator who can collect more facts which could ultimately be forwarded to the authorities. You need more evidence : like cell phone records and texts, etc.
