Prenatal Care
We are expecting our first child. We have had to have six sonograms for minor complications. For each sonogram we saw a different sonographer at the same office. It is in our record that we did not want to know the sex of our baby. At our last appointment we are watching the screen and the sex of our baby is obvious. I said to the sonographer that we did not want to know the sex. She stated that she did not know that. I believe that she should have read our chart prior to performing the ultrasound. The birthday surprise for our only child is spoiled due to carelessness of the practitioner. I am finding that over the last couple weeks I am very upset by this. Thank you for your time.
Re: Prenatal Care
I hope the sonographer's skill was helpful in ensuring your child's health. Your disappointment with early knowledge of the gender of the child does not support legal action.
