Legal Question in Immigration Law in Ohio

My husband, a US citizen and I, a Canadian are getting ready to file the I-130 and I-485. My question is, I have 3 daughters 12, 16, 16, and I am unsure what paperwork I need to file for them or the cost. Do we haev to file I-485 for each of us at $1070 each??

There are no derivative benefits for children. Therefore you must file all of the paperwork for each child. You're better served retaining counsel to prepare all the paperwork for you; especially the paperwork for your marriage case. Failure on that case will impact the others. As well, you don't want to have multiple requests for evidence from CIS for failure to file documents, forms or other evidence that is necessary as it slows down the process and adds aggravation to an already complicated situation.
