Legal Question in Insurance Law in Ohio
Judgements going back to court
I'm not sure if this is about insurance or not. I have a judgement against me for a car accident I had in 1999. The judgement resulted in my licenses being suspened for 7 years. I recently received a notice to appear in court on the same accident. I don't know what to expect nor do I know what to do in order to prepare for this court date. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
