can my girlfriend be arrested?
I am 16 and my girlfriend is 19 we are having sex can my parents have her arested?

Not as far as the sex is concerned, because the age of consent is 16. But they could try to show that she is contributing to your delinquency in any other way...make sure your grades and everything else are in line, or she may be blamed for it.
