Unfair termination
My son was recently hire for a partime postion at a large telephone co. He informed 3 different interviewers that he attended a college 100 miles away ,this information was also on appl and resume. They hired him anyway. Today they asked him to think about resigning because the position was for full time employment. He never falsefied nor hid any info about his schooling and they made this mistake. What rights does he have if they ask him to leave?

He would have to defeat at will employment. and file a cause for interpretation.
