Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

me and my 2 young daughters moved in about 2 years ago and the owner never told us about bed bugs. 1 treatment in 2 years and my place is infested and the owner doesnt care. my daughters are covered in bite marks and have scares and have to goto school like this. the scarres on my daughters are probably permanent.
