Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

Type your question here...on a month to month a tennate is given a 3 day notice and vacated but did not take all of his things how long do I have to wait to do anything with his things?

I would try to contact the individual and if you do not hear from him then I would say that the property has been abandoned. In that case the property would belong to you.
