Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

We live in Ohio and rent. Because of some health violations that landlord would not fix I called health dept. She was cited. It made her mad so she told us 3 times we need to go and she would let us out of our lease. The night we started moving, my husband started down the basement steps and fell from the top to the bottom. He fractured his ankle on both sides and had surgery with a plate and pins put in.

Now the landlord is refusing to give us her insurance information. She is avoiding us totally now that she told us to leave. We have tried several attornies in Columbus and they either dont call back, tell us they cant help, its not worth the money to them, or would be too hard to fight. Is there a lawyer out there anymore that will take an honest case that wont make the lawyer a million or 2? This is unfair to us. My husband has NO health ins. He is a contracted employer therefore he has no vacation, time off, or a guaranteed job when he has healed!
