Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Ohio

I did not renew tenant's month to month lease agreement due to non payment. Last partial payment received from tenant (voucher) in July for May's rent. Took tenant to eviction court, but date on notice terminating month to month lease did not have required 30 days and 3 day notice was unsigned. However, Judge still granted in landlord's favor for tenant to vacate property end of August because tenant admitted to not paying rent since May. Question, will there be a problem going to court for second cause/receiving financial settlement.
