tritium exposure and cancer
My father recently died of lung cancer.
He worked for a nuclear materials
facility for 30 years. I feel his exposure
to tritium and plutonium caused his
cancer. Is his company liable for his
death

I am sorry for your loss. That is a very complicated type of case and is way beyond the scope of this question/answer site. I would suggest calling some attorneys who practice wrongful death and have them explain the process and see what can be done. Good luck.
