Legal Question in Personal Injury in Ohio

Underinsured driver

My son and I were in an automobile accident. I was not at fault. The girl who hit me only has $7500 worth of property damage coverage. She caused a 5 car accident. My car has been totaled by my insurance company. I was informed by her insurance that since my son and I were the only ones injured there is plenty of money for medical and compensation. My question is should I ask for a lot of money for compensation considering I am going to be cheated out of money for my car since she was underinsured and my insurance had to step in and take over?

Re: Underinsured driver

You should contact an attorney. What you are dealing with is an underinsured driver, and there are ways in which to obtain full compensation for your loss. Most importantly, do not attempt to settle with the insurance company yourself. Contact me for a free consultation at 216.241.2500.

Re: Underinsured driver

you should use an attorney because there is a way to get the appropriate $ for the car AND an attorney nearly always will get you more $ for the bodily injuries even after the fee.
