Legal Question in Product Liability in Ohio
I live in Ohio and need to know if the state's lemon law applies to private sellers or just dealers, and (if it applies) I need the name of an appropriate lawyer in northwest Ohio.

The Ohio lemon law applies only to new car purchases. Since I'm assuming the car you bought was not a new car the Ohio Lemon Law would not apply to you.
