Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

Can I break a purchase contract for a home in ohio where I signed before the inspector had viewed it?

The house was found with major leaks and a hole on the roof that the bank's disclosure had not included - but try to sell as is? I signed it in March 29th and I am scheduled to close on the April 30th?

Thank you

You need to read the language of the purchase contract closely. Most but not all real estate sale contracts have a condition about passing inspection. You should look for that paragraph and see what it says. You can also check with your real estate agent, who should also be able to help you solve this problem.
