do i still we for my mobile home

I purchasesd a mobile home about a year ago from a private party. No contract was signed and the party signed the home over to me. I agreed to pay $200.00 a month. My question is do I have to pay if the trailer is aready in my name and there is no leagal document stating I owe anything?

You entered into an oral contract to pay for the mobile home, and owe the balance. I presume you do not intend to lie about the purchase under oath. You may have a defense to paying if the seller has waited too long to enforce the contact. The statute of limitations on an oral contract is six years.
