Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

personal property

my neighbor and his wife recently passed away with no known survivors and other people are going in the house and taking their possessions (i.e. furniture,tools,etc) just days after he died,can legally they do this?

No they cannot legally take the property, they are stealing and trespassing. You may want to get local law enforcement involved.
