Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Ohio

I just went to a seminar & they said in our state we can have a transfer on death for all of our posessions. where can i download this form? Can i just fill one out & have it noterized?

Transfer on death can be used for many assets. Each asset requires it owns form Real estate can be passed by a transfer on death affidavit that is filed with the recorders office. Bank accounts and brokerage accounts need to be registered with the financial institutions and automobiles with the BMV. Be sure that you complete understand the trasnfer on death designation and what would happen if the person that you are naming dies before you do.
