Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio

Almost 18 yr old son with License Suspension
My son is now 18 yrs old but a couple days before his 18th birthday, he was driving a car while his license was suspended. It got suspended due to 2 moving violations as a Juvenile. He also rec'd a speeding ticket (74 in a 55)

Before this happened, he was planning on taking his Juvenile Remedial Driving class and paying his reinstatement fees to get his license back. Is there any point in doing this now and getting his license back just to have it taken away again. His boss told him that if he got his license back before all this goes to court, he may be able to get work priviledges.

Yes - get the license back. I've had several cases like that in Cuy. Juvi - so call me if you have other questions about that court.
