Legal Question in Traffic Law in Ohio
Car Insurance
Son was driving friend car. He was cited in Lakewood ohio, for no insurance. He has insurance under progressive under my policy, but the car was a friends and friend did not have it insured, so now they are suspending son license for 90 days. I phoned my insurance company they said to contact an attorney.

Simply show your proof of insurance to the court at court. Your son should have had that proof on him.
