My attorney is deceased and I need to know how to access the will for my mother who is also deceased. All I have is a copy, not the original.

What county did your mother reside in when she had the will executed? Often wills are put on file at the county probate court for safekeeping, that is a good place to start your search. If you only have the copy, it is possible to have it admitted to probate but it is a legal proceeding to do so. If you need assistance, I would be happy to help.
