Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My father recently passed away without a Will in Ohio. He only owns personal property, a mobile home valued under $10k. What do I need to do to transfer the title?

If your father does not have a surviving spouse and his estate is under $35,000.00, you can file an application to relieve estate from administration rather than a full probate administration, to transfer his mobile home. It is a simpler process and can be done on your own or with the assistance of an attorney.
