Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

GQuit Claim Deed

Thru a quit claim deed before he died, my father left me 1/3 share of his house. My siblings prefer not to sell, and one insists in living in the house. I do not want deal with property taxes and upkeep, but

neither sibling has the means to

buy my share. Can I legally have the house sold to get my share?
