Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

My grandfather died over 10 years ago. In his will, his 63 acre orchard was to be sold and the proceeds divided among his grandchildren to help pay for college. I have already graduated and would like to eliminate student loan debts that I have incurred. No progress has been made in the past 10 years by the executor (my uncle) to sell the property. Is there anything that I can do? I don't have a copy of the will, is there a way I can get one. This has become a sore subject within the family. Thank you.

You can get a copy of the will from the probate court. Ten years is a long time for a probate administration to be going on. I would check with the probate court regarding the status.
