Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio
My mother passed away ..I had pwr of attny but there was no will or anything..had only 2000.00 in
acct..did probate for that..Had survivorshop deed in my name..Sold house ..30,000 left from loans..
My brother is in a nursing home...under medicade or medicare cannot have any of the money..he thinks his daughters should get his share of the money..They are pill popping loosers and I don't
think so..Legally do I have to give money to his daughters?

Legally if the property was joint with right of survivorship and you are the surving owner the proceeds are yours to do with what you want.
