Power of attorney misprint

The ather and I (never married) have shared pareting established through juvenile court. He was called to duty in Iraq for 1 year (National Guard). He drew up a power of attorney which appoints his sister to receive 300/monthly and I receive 11/weekly in child support. Does a typo or misprint of my name disqualify this document?

Re: Power of attorney misprint

A typo or misprint of your name will probably not disqualify the docuement, but you should consult with an attorney to see if the document is otherwise valid.
