Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

probate& finances

i am very curious as to this process,my single father passed away, his material things were slit amoung his children, things are about to close in probate, altho the finances were not mentioned on splitting. a child borrowed money to pay for funeral and things, expecting the rest of the children to repay their portion, welll some how this got over looked or something, how can i bring this to the courts, that this is not fair &isnt how it was supposed to be that 1 out of 5 payes for this.i dont understand how this was looked over,&that no papers were drawen on this matter.at the beginning we said to one another u take material possesion, then we pay our portions no matter whom got the money out right to go ahead and payoff whom needed payed off. so any info u can give me would surely help in this matter ,because as of right now i know not what to do but i owe10,000 to repay money borrowed for the family to take care of fathers funeral & noone has helped repay a dime ,and they got their share of material items. how or what do i need to try & do here?,thanks for your info

Re: probate& finances

You should talk to the attorney for the estate. Funeral expenses come out of the estate before distribution to heirs.
