Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Ohio

I received an email from some guy which states that his client died and had no next to kin or a will and i have the same last name as him so they picked me as the person that will receive all of his money which is 18.5 million dollars and they don't ask for my social or nothing just name address and place of business and city and state. I wanted to know if it was a scam or something i should look in too.
