I am going to put my son on my property deed. After my death can my other son claim part of the property?

The short answer is no, as long as you are competent and acting of your own free will. There are tax implications of what you are planning, and you would be subjecting your home to creditors of your son. If your son you want to have the house will not be living there, you will be better off with a transfer on death deed, which will make him the owner at your death. You need to talk to an attorney who can explain all the ramifacations of what you are doing
